Return and Refund Policy
We aim to offer exceptional jewelry and service. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, here’s our return, refund and cancellation policies for your review:
1. CANCELLATION
Once your order is confirmed, the production process for your customized items begins shortly after. Since our products are made to order, you have a 2-hour window after placing your order to cancel it at no charge. After this period, a 30% restocking fee will apply if you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, cancellations are no longer possible after 24 hours.

2. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Non-Customized Jewelry
You can return non-customized jewelry for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Customized Jewelry
As these items are made to order, they are non-refundable. However, customized jewelry can be returned for an exchange for another item or a store credit.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To process a return, you’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts that were not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, even if a refund is granted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
3. REFUND
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact our customer service.
4. EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for another reason, please contact our customer service to discuss available options.
5. PRICE DIFFERENCE
If an item you purchased drops in price within 30 days of your purchase, we can offer you a store credit for the price difference. No cash refunds will be issued for price adjustments.
6. DAMAGED JEWELRY
In the event that your jewelry arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Include a photo of the product and a description of the issue.
- We will send you a replacement item, free of charge, or offer you the option of an exchange for another item or a store credit.
