Return Policy

Unworn jewellery can be returned to Luminessa Jewelry (previously Un Bracelet) within 30 days of delivery. As our jewellery is personalised and unique to each customer, please note that these returns incur a 30% restocking fee.

In the event of an error on our part in the personalisation of the bracelet, Luminessa Jewelry (previously Un Bracelet) will send a new piece of jewellery to the customer concerned free of charge.

Refund Policy

As soon as your order has been placed, we immediately start processing your order and creating your custom jewellery. If you wish to cancel your order, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to the total order amount.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service.
The cancellation will take place on the day we receive the written cancellation request. The account used to make the purchase will be credited with the amount of the refunded items. This refund procedure may take up to 7 working days from the day the refund is confirmed.
